I actually learned alot about critical thinking from this exercise. My brother showed me that in order to excel in what im doing i have to consult various sources no matter what the goal is. Even something as simple as working out, with the right kind of routine, requires a fair amount of critical thinking. I also learned that having a conversation on another persons perspective has helped me figure out a little more about what i want to change in my routine. I learned alot about what i can walk away with after a conversation.
